From how we work to where we work – Sillence Hurn are not your typical building consultancy.
Flexible working has been at our core since we were founded in 2019. Set-up by Alex Hurn to challenge and inspire a traditional industry, we have grown fast due to our energised team and innovative approach.
We are a close-knit team and looking to continuously grow but we’re not planning any hierarchies here.
We have dedicated sales, marketing, surveying, and operational teams who continue to pack our pipeline with variety. We’d say we’re like a corporate onion but without the layers. And less layers means our team get more hands-on experience and can make as much difference as you want. We also offer an EV Scheme - great for tax savings!
HOW DOES THE ROLE LOOK?
Varied: Working closely with clients to provide quality Party Wall services.
Full lifecycle: Be the trusted advisor for the client and provide advice across all stages.
Client Facing: Undertake surveys and site inspections, producing reports and with excellent communication for our residential clients.
Chartered? That’s us. But you don’t have to be. We’ll pay for all your training and fees to become RICS Chartered. Learn from our inhouse APC assessor, or maybe you’re newly chartered and looking for a step-up? We’ll support you along whichever path you choose.
Ready to lead? That’s us. We are always eager to hear from individuals wanting to join us in challenging the industry norm at a senior level.
