Nick Pavlou MRICS

Nick has a wide range of experience as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager having been employed by several highly regarded surveying practices located in London and the South of England, operating in a variety of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Sillence Hurn as a Consultant, Nick was Head of Building Surveying at a Hampshire based multi-disciplinary practice. Nick holds a BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree from Kingston University and is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).

Nick appreciates the diversity of Building Surveying instructions and maintains a practical approach to delivery no matter the size of the client or project. In recent years, Nick has focused his expertise on dilapidations matters, commercial building surveys, defect diagnosis and contract administration.

Outside of work, Nick is occupied with his young family enjoying days out to the beach and other local attractions when not undertaking the latest DIY project at home. Nick has a keen interest in cars and motorsport with his family often finding him perusing the latest car-related magazines, whilst he tries to persuade them to attend motoring events. When time permits, Nick relishes a blast out on his mountain bike, although these days his young kids are often on the back!
