Chris Pearce

Project Manager

Chris has worked for several multi-disciplinary building consultancies across the UK, managing projects up to £15 million. His personable approach to projects is popular among clients who welcome his honest and technical advice.

Recent project management projects include:

  • Royal Haslar Hospital, Hampshire: Employer's agent for design and build
  • Eastleigh Borough Council, Hampshire: Project managed reinstatement and repair works of commercial retail units and residential accommodation.

Chris has enjoyed a broad career initially training as a cabinet maker at the London School of Furniture Making. For the following 12 years he worked as a self-employed Carpenter before undertaking an HNC in Construction.

Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his children and keeping active with mountain biking, sailing and Spartan runs! Chris is also a big petrol head and has a keen interest in cars and motorbikes, owning two of his own!
