Michael has extensive experience as a Building Surveyor covering education, commercial and residential sectors. He is qualified as an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Michael graduated with a BSc (Hons) Construction Management and the Environment degree in 2010 and prior to joining Sillence Hurn, he worked within the education sector submitting Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids and managing the projects along with surveying and architectural services for commercial, residential property, housing associations, and defence.
Michael’s technical background and surveying experience covers a broad range of disciplines, with his main experience in party wall matters, building surveys, contract administration, and design and specification.
Outside of work, Michael is often found with a chisel and hammer improving his own property (and parents'!) and would describe himself as an absent supporter of Somerset County Cricket Club.All bios
