The Role: Development Monitoring Surveyor

Location: Ampfield, Hampshire
The Project: We were appointed as Development Monitoring Surveyor on behalf of FOURTH and two other freehold purchasers at this new build office development in Ampfield, Hampshire. Our role was to ensure that the development was delivered and constructed in line with the purchase agreements. The development was completed, on time, earlier this year.
