Brief Description: With a long term lease expiring, Sillence Hurn were appointed by the Landlord to negotiate the dilapidations claim with the outgoing tenant. Following extensive discussions, a six-figure financial settlement was eventually secured on behalf of the Landlord.

To allow the property to be brought back into a marketable condition, Sillence Hurn were asked to instigate works in the role of Contract Administrator. This project involves extensive works to both the external and internal parts of the 3-storey property and which comprises an original period building and a more modern extension at the rear. The works are currently still in progress and due to be completed in February 2021.

The building is located in a prime central location in the town centre and is afforded generous on-site parking facilities comprising 22no spaces. The property itself is being presented for single-occupier use but has potential for sub-division to smaller self-contained office suites.
