Luke has always had a keen interest in real estate, having started his career at a national property company in acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets. Luke then moved to a regional company as a development consultant advising on mixed use and residential schemes of value up to £12m GDV. Luke’s most recent role prior to joining the Sillence Hurn team was acting as acquisitions Director for a privately funded property developer undertaking conversion and new build schemes. This experience led to Luke developing his own projects as a private developer.
