Luke Masters joins Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy

Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy is pleased to welcome Luke Masters to its growing team. Luke joins as Business Development Manager.

Co-Founding Director, Alex Hurn says “We are thrilled to have Luke join our growing team. He brings with him experience in acquisitions and property development as well as a ‘little black book’ of contacts across both the commercial and residential property sectors. Luke’s experience and relationship building skills will add heaps of value to our business and improve our continued mission to enhance our clients’ experience.”

“Sillence Hurn peaked my interest as a company due to their individuality in the sector they operate in, making a progressive change to traditional surveying services to assist client’s needs. I look forward to using my experience to build further relationships with developers and lenders assisting them in delivering projects” says Luke.

Luke has always had a keen interest in real estate, having started his career at a national property company in acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets. Luke then moved to a regional company as a development consultant advising on mixed use and residential schemes of value up to £12m GDV. Luke’s most recent role prior to joining the Sillence Hurn team was acting as acquisitions Director for a privately funded property developer undertaking conversion and new build schemes. This experience led to Luke developing his own projects as a private developer.
