Sillence Hurn bolsters management team as it continues to develop customer approach

Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy has appointed new members to its management team as it continues to drive customer service excellence in the industry.

Based in Southampton and London, Sillence Hurn provides chartered building surveying and property consultancy services for both commercial and residential owners.

The company celebrated its second anniversary earlier this year with a new office in Southampton to cater for its growing team. Sillence Hurn’s latest plans include investment in customer service and marketing as it continues to bring a fresh approach to the industry.

Most recently the company has welcomed Nadia Ashley, Customer Service Manager.

Nadia has experience across the service industry and prides herself on providing a high level of service to clients and team members. Prior to joining Sillence Hurn, Nadia was acting Training & Development Manager within an HR Department for a Building Services company.

Nadia said: “I have a true passion for providing quality customer service to both internal and external clients and am a true believer in ‘communication is key and working together as a team’. I am excited to be part of a culture that is driven by delivering excellency in everything they do.”

Alex Hurn, Managing Director of Sillence Hurn said: “Our approach to become customer and team lead is unique from other traditional surveying firms. We are thrilled to welcome Nadia to the team, she brings a wealth of experience and range of ideas that will advance our modern methods of service delivery and flexible team working.”

This latest appointment follows the recruitment of Amelia Chubb, Marketing Manager, who also joined the team earlier in the year. Amelia’s previous role was Marketing Manager for an asset finance lender in New Zealand.
