The Project: Sillence Hurn acted on behalf of the Landlord to provide a schedule of dilapidations against the tenant for this 4-storey detached Grade II Listed, Georgian building. Following the issue of the schedule, Sillence Hurn lead the negotiations with the tenant and monitored the tenants works.
