The Project: Sillence Hurn were instructed by Blend Network as Project Monitoring Surveyor on conversion of a Care Home to residential project in Bournemouth, Dorset. The developer converted the property into 5 residential flats ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms.
Although hired as Monitoring Surveyors by Blend, Sillence Hurn acted in collaboration between the lender and the developer, with the aim to objectively review the developers proposals and apply their technical understanding to identify and mitigate project risks to assist both parties.
