The Role: Contract Administrator and Project Manager
Client: Stratford Academy School
Location: Grosvenor Road, Forest Gate, London
The Brief: Sillence Hurn was appointed by the client for two separate projects:
- We were engaged by the client as contract administrator to undertake a specification of works and tender management for internal alterations of the school. Time was essential for this project to ensure completion during school holidays. Our team designed and competitively procured the work before administering the construction contract.
- We have most recently been appointed by the school to project manage refurbishment works across three-storeys. This will commence in Summer 2022.
