The Brief:

To inspect a Grade II Listed arcade which houses 27 small businesses across 40 units and was built onto an existing Georgian house between 1923 and 1925 with an Art Deco Architecture Egyptian façade.

The building was recently restored with the assistance of funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
