The project included the demolition of a commercial property to make way for the development and erection of four new two and three-story residential houses complete with parking space.
Commencing in December 2022, the developers had proposed an ambitious timeframe of six months.
Our surveyors monitored the project throughout the construction period conducting monthly site inspections on behalf of the lender, monitoring the cost, quality, and progress in line with the developers’ milestones whilst adhering to the latest statutory requirements.
