Brief:
To monitor the progress, quality, cost, and statutory compliance for the developments, in addition to managing and protecting the interests of the lender.
The project included the demolition of a commercial property to make way for the development and erection of four new two and three-story residential houses complete with parking space.
Commencing in December 2022, the developers had proposed an ambitious timeframe of six months.
Project Outcomes:
Our surveyors monitored the project throughout the construction period conducting monthly site inspections on behalf of the lender, monitoring the cost, quality, and progress in line with the developers’ milestones whilst adhering to the latest statutory requirements.

“The demolition of the commercial property and erection of the four new builds was ultimately completed on budget and within the outlined six-month time frame, with works concluding in July 2023. Our surveyors delivered the project on time and to scale, ensuring the budget parameters were not exceeded”.
