The Project: Prior to completing on a new lease, Mutt Motorcycles instructed Sillence Hurn to carry out a Schedule of Condition on this large commercial unit. This was then attached to the lease as a safe guard for the tenant at lease end to ensure that they were only liable for damage or modifications made after the lease had been signed
