The Project: We were appointed by the landlord to negotiate with the tenant in respect of dilapidations matters at lease expiry. The tenant occupied the entire 3-storey office building in the heart of Wokingham.
The Outcome: We successfully achieved a suitable financial settlement which was utilised to return the property into repair while we managed the works.
