More than 350 developers, agents, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers attended the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl to enjoy the first in-person SCPA ceremony since the Covid-19 pandemic, ably supported by TV personality, host Marcus Brigstocke.
Sillence Hurn were joined by Nella, Pavlina and Jonathan from Omega RE, Daniel Fitzhenry, Liam Doe - Old Bond Store, Lucy Richmond (South Coast Commercial Property Show) and Emma Lockey, Director of CBRE.
Alex Hurn Managing Director of Sillence Hurn was highly commended for Young Property Person of the Year and the firm was also a finalist for Fast Rising Property Business of the Year.
Alex said: "This was our first time attending the awards and to come away with a trophy and be recognised as a finalist for two categories is fantastic. This is a huge testament to our team's dedication over the past three years - a big thank you for their hard work and commitment. Congratulations to all finalists and award winners including a number of our clients from across the region including Nella from Omega Re - a fantastic evening and we look forward to next year!"
