Prior to training as a surveyor, Toby worked in London in the music and events industry. Being stuck at home during pandemic gave him the opportunity to study for his surveying diploma, and he qualified at the beginning of 2022.
Proudest project?
I’m proud of any survey where I’ve helped a client understand the property they are buying and the issues that may be present.

How do you switch off?
Spending time with family, dog walks in the South Downs, and escaping to France for a holiday whenever I can.
Biggest career influence?
Jonny Wilkinson – his obsession to be the best whilst maintaining total humility.
Favourite book, film, or TV show?
It’s impossible to pick one film, but a recent favourite is Top Gun: Maverick.
Fun fact about you?
I once helped to organise a birthday party for Queen Elizabeth II.
