Craig Durman is a qualified consultant with a BSc(Hons) in Construction, NVQ Level 7 in Senior Construction Management, and an Advanced National Diploma in Construction. With experience spanning almost 25 years, Craig has many certifications, including MCIOB, MAPM, MACQP, and CSCS Black card accreditation.
Craig went straight from school to college and studied Construction and the Built Environment. It was during his time that he was interviewed and employed under a Youth Training Scheme by ROK Build, completing his studies and training as a Quantity Surveyor.
He has spent most of his working career in Main Contracting before heading up the Residential Business Unit on behalf of a regional Main Contractor. During this time Craig worked across the majority of Construction Sectors when he made the decision to switch to Project Consultancy in 2018.
The industry is often faced with the challenge of providing services in difficult circumstances; being time constrained, under resourced and facing complex challenges on delivery which require multiple party inputs to resolve. However, Craig continues to provide clients with the benefits of a multi-disciplinary, rounded, and balanced approach to completing their developments.
Outside of work, you'll find Craig playing ‘dad's' taxi’ ferrying his children to various clubs, events, and parties: “When I do manage to sneak some time in for myself, I am a keen golfer and fisherman with the latter affording me the opportunity to fully relax and unwind from the pressures of the day job”.
